Do you have big family travel plans for the new year? Going to Hawaii maybe, or Europe?
I bet that if you do, you will also be spending plenty of time planning and getting ready for that trip. You know the drill: You have to research your destination, create a budget, make reservations, come up with a Plan B should something go awry and all the rest.
So why don’t you do the same amount of planning for your business?
Now maybe you do, and if that is true, way to go, but you are in the minority. The bad news is that it seems like most business people spend more time planning their vacation than they do their business year. And that is too bad. It’s a mistake.
